Eagles Crag Brewery is based in Todmorden, Lancashire, selling local craft beer. We make and sell award winning fine quality craft beer, each brewed with experience and passion. We make what we like, we sell what we make, and we think it’s pretty good!
We are a small independent brewery, established in 2016, based near the local Eagles Crag Landmark. Our brewery is set inside Robinwood Mill in Lydgate, Todmorden. Every month, we open the doors so you can come and try some of our delicious craft beer in our taproom. We brew a range of craft beers including everything from traditional bitters with a twist, pale and hoppy session ales, modern style IPAs, Stouts and Porters. We use only the finest ingredients so out beers are top quality. If you have any queries please drop us a line, we would love to hear from you and talk about all things beer!
We are passionate about our beer production and aim for consistency and freshness. Our beer is available in traditional cask in a number local and not so local pubs. We also supply our keg beers packaged in polykegs with keykeg fittings. A wide range of our beers are also available in 500ml bottles from local shops and good beer suppliers and online.
We only use the finest quality ingredients, resulting in ales that taste great and are really packed full of flavour.
We mash malted barley and other grains to our own delicious tried and tested recipes and then boil with a hops to produce wort.
We add the wort and our particular choice of yeast to one of our fermenters and let the yeast convert the sugars to alcohol and carbon dioxide.
Once the beer is fermented to our satisfaction for the beer type we transfer to cask, bottle or keg for maturation and conditioning.
